Three coach outings have been arranged for 2018, should you wish to reserve a place on any garden visit please contact the organiser and make your payment to the treasurer. Refunds will not be given due to the high cost of coach hire but you can nominate another person to take your place if you are unable to attend. Please INVITE your friends to join us.

RHS Hyde hall gardens during craft fair weekend
Saturday 5th May £26
RHS Hyde hall with several hill top gardens with ponds, borders, gravel garden, prairie garden and lawns etc. for you to explore at your leisure as no tour included.
Cafe, shop, plants and craft fair, talks and demonstrations. Cream tea included to take at time of your own choosing. Do look at their website; www.rhs.org.uk for info & lunch menu etc.
Depart: Swan meadow at 9.30 am Common at 9.40 am.
Arrival back approx. 5.30 p.m
Peter Beales Roses and Wyken vineyard and garden
Wednesday 6th June £34
Drinks and cake on arrival. Wander the rose garden with arches and walkways for an hour tour. Enjoy the scents of roses in bloom, particularly preserved old fashioned varieties. Lunch available if required. Onto Wyken Hall at 2 p.m with several roomed gardens and vineyard. Kitchen garden, herb garden, roses, fritillary meadow, beech maze and wildflower meadow and woodland.
Depart: Swan meadow 9.15 am. Common at 9.25 am.
Arrival back approx. 6 pm.
Elgoods of Wisbech brewery and garden tour then Peckover house & garden
Wednesday 4th July £37
Today is the famous Rose Fair in the church and town.
Includes morning tea/coffee, entrance and guided tour of the 1795 Elgoods brewery with beer sampling! (Unsuitable inside for members with accessibility issues). Explore their 4 acre garden with 200 year old herbaceous borders, a rockery, lake, herb garden, maze and walled garden.(2 course optional lunch with drinks £11.50, must prebook, email Jackie for menu). Both sites are in town centre if you want to shop or eat out). Afternoon visit to Peckover house (N.T members free so reduce fee of £7 please). Wander the 2 acre Victorian garden and orangery etc.
Visit rose displays in the church and various stalls in the square and St Peters Park at your leisure.
Depart: Swan meadow 9.20 am Common 9.30 am.
Arrive back approx. 6.15 pm.
